We want you to be completely satisfied with your Stone Madison purchase. If you have any issues with your order, please reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your products.

Claims for Issues:

  • Please contact us within 30 days for any issues with misprinted, damaged, or defective items.
  • For packages lost in transit, please contact us no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
  • We will cover the cost of claims that are deemed our error.

Return Process:

  • If you need to return an item, please reach out to us first for instructions.
  • The return address is typically set to our fulfillment partner’s facility.
  • You will be notified via email once we receive a returned shipment.
  • Unclaimed returns may be donated to charity after 30 days.

Specific Conditions:

  • Wrong Address: If an incorrect address is provided, you will be responsible for reshipment costs.
  • Unclaimed Shipments: You will be responsible for reshipment costs for unclaimed shipments.
  • Sealed Goods: We cannot accept returns of sealed goods like face masks due to health and hygiene reasons.
  • Buyer’s Remorse: We generally do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, except for customers in Brazil (see below for details).
  • Brazil Returns: Customers in Brazil have 7 days to contact us for returns. Returns for buyer’s remorse must include a photo of the item.
