At Stone Madison, we don’t believe in just filling rooms with furniture. We believe in designing environments that feel right the moment you walk in.

Located in the heart of Atlanta’s Miami Circle design district, Stone Madison is a design intelligence company built for the modern professional. Whether you are a designer, a hotelier, or a real estate developer, you know that the “feeling” of a space is what drives loyalty, return visits, and value. Our mission is to provide the strategy and the goods to make those feelings a reality.

The Intelligence Behind the Design

We aren’t just a store; we are a guide through the complexities of luxury sourcing. We operate at the intersection of taste, craft, and technology. By blending global sourcing with intelligent tools like AI-driven visualization, we’ve removed the friction from the design process. We give you the confidence to see a project’s potential before the first container arrives.

Our Ecosystem

Stone Madison is home to a curated family of brands, each chosen for its ability to enhance the human experience:

  • Relax Living: Interiors designed for the way we actually live—comfortable, elevated, and effortless.
  • MURAÉ Wall Couture: Art for your walls that understands the importance of acoustics and quiet luxury.
  • Ghenogas Fine China: Elevating the ritual of dining through cultural expression and craft.
  • Evergreen Floral & Hathor Audio: The sensory details—sight and sound—that turn a space into an experience.

Why Professionals Trust Us

We understand that in high-end design, “good enough” never is. You need a partner who speaks the language of ROI as fluently as the language of aesthetics. We focus on the quiet details—the quality of a light fixture, the texture of a fabric, the acoustic flow of a lobby—because these are the things that signal care to your clients and guests.

We’re here to help you build spaces that aren’t just looked at, but lived in.

Welcome to Stone Madison.

Jay Williams – Experience That Understands How People Live, Stay, and Feel in Space

ay Williams, founder of Stone Madison, standing in a sophisticated modern office with the Atlanta skyline in the background. He represents the intersection of architectural heritage and modern design intelligence for the hospitality and multi-unit industry.

Jay Williams built Stone Madison out of a lifetime spent inside environments where experience truly matters—restaurants, hotels, retail, health, comfort, and design-driven spaces where how people feel isn’t an afterthought. It’s the product.

A Career Rooted in Hospitality Insight

Jay began in food and beverage as a teenager, learning early how service, atmosphere, and human behavior intersect. That foundation led to working with and training inside some of the country’s most respected hospitality organizations, including:

  • Major restaurant and hospitality environments such as Houston’s / Hillstone Restaurant Group
  • Participation in Autograph Collection hotel openings
  • Training contribution experience aligned with Ritz-Carlton standards
  • Work with Westin and exposure to major design environments through John Portman properties
  • Experience supporting multiple Atlanta restaurant groups including concepts from Fifth Group Restaurants
  • Insight across both premium and everyday hospitality brands through work with Waffle HouseStarbucksSteak & AleStoney River, and Brookwood Grill

Those years created something more valuable than a list of places worked—it built instinct. Understanding what people notice, what they feel, what makes them relax, what keeps them coming back.

Design Perspective From the Inside Out

Jay has seen hospitality and design from every level—high architectural drama at landmark properties… to corporate-branded environments that must perform consistently… to boutique guest experiences where detail defines the brand.

That range shaped Stone Madison’s philosophy:

Design isn’t decoration. It’s emotional engineering.

Product, Manufacturing, and Brand Experience

Beyond hospitality, Jay built a parallel foundation in product development, representation, and specialty manufacturing, including:

  • Experience in apparel manufacturing, imprinting, and screen printing, attending major industry shows including The Bobbin Show
  • Work representing luxury body care products, learning how premium brands communicate value through sensory experience
  • Retail and wellness insight from working with Relax The Back
  • Sleep science consumer experience from working with Select Comfort (now Sleep Number)

This adds a deep understanding of materials, manufacturing, sourcing, product positioning, and consumer expectation—critical knowledge when curating environments meant to feel premium, thoughtful, and human.

What All of This Really Means

Jay’s background isn’t a random list.

It’s a connected education in:

  • Comfort
  • Emotion
  • Human behavior
  • Service environments
  • Brand experience
  • Product quality
  • Practical performance

It’s why Stone Madison isn’t just about selling things.

It’s about shaping environments people actually love being in.

Because when you’ve lived in hospitality your whole life, you don’t guess what makes a space work—you understand it.
