Proposed Southeast distribution

From source
to installation.

The logistics half of the Stone Madison manufacturer pitch: connect qualified demand to receiving, inspection, storage, consolidation, kitting, delivery, and service.

The Gainesville Inland Port is real infrastructure. Stone Madison does not own the terminal, operate rail service, or currently own a distribution center.
The operating distinction

International manufacturers may need an inbound import route. Domestic manufacturers may need regional project consolidation. They do not get the same pitch.

INTERNATIONAL

Ocean to Southeast.

Overseas factory → Savannah → rail or truck → Gainesville / Flowery Branch partner → inspection, storage, kitting, and delivery.

DOMESTIC

Factory to project.

Several domestic factories → regional receiving → consolidated suites, rooms, replacement stock, installation, and service.

FIRST VERSION

Use partners first.

Partner warehouse, unloading, cross-dock, condition reporting, labeling, white-glove delivery, and returns.

Build the market first. Build the infrastructure it earns.

Dedicated infrastructure becomes appropriate after recurring demand, product mix, project volume, and operating partners justify it.
